From 2007 to 2021 Huw Feeney was the co-founded director of a commercial real estate agency in Brisbane and Gold Coast. The company grew to manage one of the largest independent commercial property portfolios in Queensland boasting clients such as Hutchinson Builders, Alceon, QM Properties, Sekisui House, Primewest and many others. The company was incredibly successful in the creation of sustainable and energy saving initiatives that resulted in clients saving tens of thousands of dollars on outgoings whilst adding value to their assets. Huw and his partners also co-founded a fire services company to maintain the management portfolio. This business grew to provide services to companies such as Fife Capital, Airbus Helicopters, Ingham Chickens and many more. Huw got involved in property development partnering with his clients to deliver projects with end-to-end solutions from identifying sites, finding tenants, completing construction and selling the properties.

After selling both businesses in late 2021, Dusk Group was founded to focus on property development, project management and consulting. Dusk Group now operates in the residential, commercial and childcare spaces in Southeast Queensland.
