Dusk Group was engaged as Project Manager this project following the receipt of the Development approval, our responsibilities included Builder negotiations and engagement, Tenant design, fitout and Opening requirements, Progress claims and Financing. The Statutory authorities and servicing of this site was a challenge due to the number of Stakeholders and asset owners located within and adjacent to the site
