Hemmant – ResourceCo Recycling Facility

Dusk Group were engaged on this project after the first appointed Builder went into receivership, our first task was to engage another builder to take over a partially finished building in a post Covid market where builders were difficult to find for any project. Dusk Group successfully assisted Belmonde Property Group with engaging Vaughan Constructions and was then responsible for delivering the project on time, within Budget and to a quality that met the requirements of the tenant and JV Partner ResourceCo. The biggest challenge of this project was managing a D&C Builder to ensure that the stringent design requirements for the operating needs of the Tenant were achieved.
